Rooted in the heart of classical Pilates, this class emphasizes core control, alignment, and intentional movement while layering in strength-focused work. You’ll use props such as light weights, resistance bands, the Magic Circle, and the Pilates ball throughout February to build strength without sacrificing form, breath, or precision.
