Upcoming Workshops:

  • Overcoming Trauma: Yoga Principles & Somatic Therapy Tools (Group Session)

Trauma doesn’t only live in our thoughts—it can settle into the body, shaping how we respond, protect, and move through the world. Whether rooted in a single event or layered experiences over time, trauma can leave the nervous system stuck in patterns of fight, flight, or freeze, quietly impacting our sense of safety, connection, and well-being.

Overcoming Trauma is a supportive, educational workshop designed to gently guide participants toward awareness, regulation, and restoration. In collaboration with certified professionals, L4L Community Studios offers a holistic space to explore yoga principles and somatic therapy tools that support nervous system healing and whole-person wellness—mind, body, heart, and soul.

Participants will learn practical, accessible tools that can be used before, during, and after triggering moments, helping to cultivate grounding, resilience, and self-compassion. These practices are adaptable for everyday life—at home, at work, in relationships, or during moments of stress.

Group sessions are offered in a nurturing, community-centered environment that honors personal pace and comfort. Private, one-on-one sessions are also available by appointment for those seeking individualized support.

📅 Group Sessions: Saturdays in February
    Time: 1:00 PM
📍 Location: L4L Community Studios | Land Studio

  • Overcoming Trauma: Yoga Principles & Somatic Therapy Tools (Private Session)

Private sessions offer individualized, one-on-one support for those seeking a more personalized and flexible approach to trauma-informed care. Overcoming Trauma: Yoga Principles & Somatic Therapy Tools private sessions are designed to gently support nervous system regulation while honoring personal pace, boundaries, and readiness.

These sessions integrate yoga principles and somatic therapy tools that help build awareness, grounding, and resilience. Practices are adapted to meet your unique needs and may include breathwork, gentle movement, stillness, guided awareness, and practical tools that can be used in daily life—before, during, and after triggering moments.

Private sessions provide space for deeper exploration in a calm, supportive environment where choice, consent, and comfort are prioritized. This offering is ideal for those who prefer individualized guidance, are new to somatic practices, or are seeking continued support alongside group sessions.

  • Good Boundaries & Goodbyes

Good Boundaries & Goodbyes is a 6-week faith-based book club and Bible study designed to help participants navigate healthy boundaries, honest goodbyes, and the space where grief, growth, and healing meet.

Using Good Boundaries & Goodbyes by Lysa TerKeurst—#1 New York Times bestselling author of Forgiving What You Can’t Forget and Uninvited—this workshop blends Scripture, guided discussion, video teaching, and reflective practices in a supportive, grace-filled environment.
Book / Bible Study led by Eva Webb.

This study is not about cutting people off harshly or avoiding hard emotions. It’s about learning how to stay connected to God while letting go of what no longer aligns with who He is shaping you to be.

    Together, we’ll explore:
    • How to establish healthy, God-honoring boundaries
    • Why some goodbyes are necessary—even when they hurt
    • How to process grief without losing hope
    • How to trust God in seasons of transition and relational change
    • How to move forward with clarity, peace, and wisdom

This workshop is ideal for anyone walking through:
    • Relationship transitions
