In partnership with Root2Rise Creations urban homestead and other local organizations feeding our community, L4L Community Studios is hosting the first of many workshops focusing on growing your own and learning food preservation. In this donation based workshop you will learn how to save seeds from your favorite produce and flowers, ways to share the abundance with others, and network with other gardeners and homesteaders.

The format is referred to "fusion" which means it will include a variety of movement styles such as choreographed cardio, kickboxing, strength, & flexibility. We use drumsticks, hand weights, & mats at different times throughout class. Energizing music will take us through the workout & we close out with a restful time of stretching, meditation, and prayer.

You will find a safe space to Let Go and welcome the new week ahead. The first Sunday of the month is Restoritive with blankets and bolsters for a somatic healing practice. Every Sunday is about having a tribe of support while breathing through the journey aligning our walk with purpose of love of self and others.
