Recovery Yoga
Life happens and it brings hills and valleys that can leave us in need of a reset. Recovery Yoga is designed as a gentle practice where we come into community to pause and breath.
You will find a safe space to Let Go and welcome the new week ahead. The first Sunday of the month is Restoritive with blankets and bolsters for a somatic healing practice. Every Sunday is about having a tribe of support while breathing through the journey aligning our walk with purpose of love of self and others.

Accessible to everyone, B-BOARD WORKOUT® is a safe training program that will engage your core and challenge your balance. B-BOARD® is a unique inflatable balance board on which all exercises can be performed: squats, burpees, push-ups, plank, yoga combinations, Pilates, stretching and meditation. B-BOARD® BREATHE is the holistic version: mixing yoga, Pilates, stretching and meditation. Each session ends with a mindful sound meditation.
