B-BOARD® BREATHE is a gentle, grounding class that blends yoga, Pilates, stretching, and meditation on an inflatable balance board designed to mimic the feeling of paddleboarding on water. This holistic experience builds balance, core strength, and calm. Each 45-minute session ends with mindful sound meditation.
