On the 2nd and 4th Sundays, join us for Introduction to Yoga Nidra with Gentle Grounding — a welcoming evening practice that begins with simple grounding and guided settling before easing into the deeply restful experience of Yoga Nidra. This offering is designed to gently introduce students to the practice in an accessible and supportive way.
When a 5th Sunday occurs, Recovery Sundays become an Off-the-Mat Recovery Practice, inviting you to carry the heart of the practice into your own space through rest, reflection, and intentional care.
