Summer Sundays at Lake Clare! (plus some!)

May 16th - September 26th (with few exceptions, some make up dates, and pre-race practices)

The L4L Aquatics team of lifeguards, monitors, and race officials set the race triangle course for you to practice your open water swim in a safe environment.

*Must be 14 years or older

*Must be able to swim comfortably in a pool

*Check-In 15 minutes prior to practice
