The L4L team of lifeguards and monitors set various courses for you to practice your open water swim skills in a safe environment. Practice begins @ 1pm and will end upon the last swimmer exiting the water.
PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED!! The number of swimmers dictates course set up, volunteers, & lifeguards
*Must be 14+ YO
*Must be able to swim comfortably in a pool
*Check-In 15 minutes prior to practice
