B-BOARD® BREATHE combines balance training, yoga-inspired movement, Pilates, stretching, breathwork, and meditation on an inflatable balance board designed to simulate the experience of paddleboarding on water. The first 15 minutes are reserved for introducing new participants to board basics and class fundamentals, making it accessible for beginners and returning participants alike.
Each one-hour session encourages strength, stability, focus, and relaxation while ending with a mindful sound meditation experience.
