Accessible to everyone, B-BOARD WORKOUT® is a safe training program that will engage your core and challenge your balance. B-BOARD® is a unique inflatable balance board on which all exercises can be performed: squats, burpees, push-ups, plank, yoga combinations, Pilates, stretching and meditation. B-BOARD® BOUNCE is the KIDS version designed to increase overall strength and improve balance while having fun! Session lasts 30 minutes.
