Meet Katya
Pilates Instructor | Belaya Form
Katya is a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor who brings strength, intentional movement, and faith-centered wellness into every class she teaches at L4L Community Studios | Land + Water. She completed her 500-hour comprehensive Pilates training in early 2025 and continues advancing her education through CEC-approved workshops and dedicated self-practice.
With a lifelong love of movement, Katya’s background includes being a varsity soccer and basketball team captain, along with years of yoga and distance running as cross-training through her teens and early adulthood. After choosing to prioritize family life, she and her husband—a regenerative farmer—are now raising their young son with a shared commitment to truth, nature, and simple living.
Following the birth of her son, Pilates became Katya’s gateway back into fitness and a cornerstone of her holistic health journey. She is especially passionate about women’s health and wellness, integrating physical strength, mindful movement, and faith-based intention into every class she teaches.
